⚽From Haiti to the World: A Journey of Coaching and Development⚽

Coaching the Haiti Women's National Team was one of the most transformative and rewarding experiences of my career. The opportunity to guide such talented, passionate, and resilient athletes remains a highlight in my journey as a coach and mentor. During my time with the team, I saw firsthand the untapped potential of Haitian women's soccer and the determination of players to rise above challenges and make their mark on the global stage.

Today, as I look back, nothing makes me prouder than seeing many of the young athletes I had the privilege to coach now playing professionally in some of the biggest leagues around the world. Witnessing their growth from promising youth players to international stars is a testament to their hard work, dedication, and the importance of providing the right guidance and opportunities.

Two players who truly embody this success story are *Nerilia Mondesir* and *Melchie Dumornay (Coventina)*. Nerilia, a standout forward, has become a powerhouse in European soccer, currently excelling in the French league. Her tactical brilliance, strength, and determination have made her a role model for aspiring players everywhere.

Similarly, Coventina has taken the world by storm with her exceptional skills and vision, earning her a place in one of the top leagues in Europe. Her journey reflects the essence of what it means to dream big and work tirelessly to achieve those dreams.

These players are not just stars; they are trailblazers for Haitian women's soccer, inspiring countless young girls in Haiti and beyond to believe that they, too, can reach the highest levels of the game.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of discovering and developing youth talent from around the globe.
