A New Milestone: Earning My CBF B Coaching License

Atualizado: 25 de fev.

Coaching is a lifelong journey of learning, adapting, and striving to make the game better for every player, coach, and stakeholder involved. I’m incredibly proud to have reached a significant milestone in this journey—I have officially earned my CBF B Coaching License!

This achievement is more than just a certification; it represents my deep commitment to growing as a coach and continuously improving my ability to develop players at the highest level. To earn this license, I traveled to Brazil to learn alongside some of the best coaches in the country, sharing knowledge, experiences, and insights that will help shape my approach to the game.

The Importance of Continuous Learning in Coaching

Football is always evolving, and as a coach, I believe it is my responsibility to evolve with it. Having coaching certifications is not just about adding credentials to my name—it’s about understanding the game at a deeper level, applying the best methodologies, and ensuring that the players I work with receive the highest-quality guidance.

Great coaches never stop learning. The best in the world constantly seek new perspectives, challenge their own understanding, and embrace innovation. That’s why I’m not stopping here—I’ve already started my CBF A Coaching License classes this month, and I’m excited to continue pushing myself to be the best coach I can be.

Working Toward a More Inclusive Coaching Scene

While this experience has been invaluable, it also reinforced the work that still needs to be done to create more opportunities for women in coaching. Out of the entire group of coaches earning their CBF B License, only two of us were women. The lack of representation in these spaces fuels my drive to advocate for more women in coaching, scouting, and leadership roles within the game.

I want to be part of the change—helping open doors for more women who aspire to be on the sidelines, in the boardrooms, and at the highest levels of football. Representation matters, and I will continue working toward a future where more women feel empowered to step into these roles.

Looking Ahead

This milestone is just another step in my journey, and I’m excited for what’s ahead. Whether I’m coaching, mentoring, or scouting, my mission remains the same: to elevate the game and create meaningful opportunities for athletes around the world.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way. Let’s keep learning, growing, and making football better for everyone!
